Every order is cash on delivery: you pay only when the parcel is in your hands.
What the statuses mean
These are the four states an order moves through.
Order placed
You submitted the order on the site.
Confirmed
We confirm the order before anything is dispatched.
Handed to courier
The parcel has left us.
Delivered
Paid to the courier at your door.
